As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of What’s the Deal?, I’ve shaped every aspect of our startup’s brand, from its foundational design to its public-facing storytelling. What’s the Deal? is a subscription-based platform that helps restaurants turn downtime into dollars by connecting them with deal-seeking diners during off-peak hours. Since our launch, we’ve achieved remarkable organic growth, onboarding over 50 restaurants and attracting more than 5,000 users—all without spending a dime on ads.

In addition to driving marketing and content creation, I designed the platform’s entire UI/UX. Every user-facing element—from intuitive workflows to a seamless onboarding experience—was built to reflect our brand’s innovative yet approachable ethos.
